And hey, the first review is already in!

With the holidays near this book made me happy to be me. I really felt for Jack as memories of past Christmases with his wife and daughter swamped him. Long walks with the only purpose to “get away” from those thoughts lead him to a situation the book’s title no doubt came from. I now know a bit more about Jack but also still want more so do hope there will be a book three in the future.

Witness to Slaughter - Done and Nearly Dusted

WITNESS TO SLAUGHTER is done!

Finally, I'm able to type THE END on this manuscript. It's a bit longer than I expected, but hey, as they saying goes, "A book is only as long as it needs to be to tell the story."

I'm aiming for a fall release, so watch this space for dates for preorder and release.

It's six months after book one and Jack finds himself slipping into a deep pit of despair. It's the holidays, the fourth one since the loss of his family, and all hope of finding those responsible for destroying his life is all but gone.

He's hired by a woman of one of the city's elite families to follow her husband. She needs photos to get around the prenup for the divorce. Easy, right? But nothing is easy when it comes to Jack Slaughter. When he's found crouched over a dead body and blood on him, he quickly becomes a suspect. He needs a witness to prove his innocence.

What about a rash of suspected suicides all linking back to a nightclub in the Castro District? Or does the city have another serial killer, and are they targeting the LGBTQ community?

Things are about to heat up again for Jack...

If you haven't read book one yet, SLAUGHTERED, why not? For more info, click here.

Now, let the happy dancing ensue...and the full read-through edits and sleepless nights until I can finally send it over to an editor...
